Solar Tube Production Line RT-S

The main design concept was to improve productivity by keeping a perfect corrugation shape. Mechanical elements were replaced by electric or electronic systems which can be exactly measured and controlled. In this way the process can be adapted to the different products, and the process stability can be measured. Maintenance costs are reduced, the process liability is increased.
Further, it has been targeted to control easily and effectively all product parameters to ensure the product stability and quality..
