Based on the successful SZ-series, Rosendahl has developed this machine especially for screening processes. The ROSZ 120 is equipped with belt-driven stranding discs for numerous screening elements, an offset torsion bar and a highly-dynamic, frequency-controlled AC-motor.

The ROSZ 120 is primarily used for screening of energy cables and allows a high number of twists at a minimum overall length. This machine enables continuous inline production with a sheathing process whereas it is possible to upgrade any existing line.
