With the Crosshead RKF 5 foam you get best quality skin-foam-skin insulation. Optionally, stripe marking with a separate Extruder is available with the productivity and quality of skin-foam-skin.
The Crosshead provides best centricity, roundness, and foam structure for uniform diameter and adheasion. Together with a hydraulically controlled By-Pass valve start-up scrap is minimized. Tooling sets and ancillary components are available for skin-foam-skin+stripe, skin-foam-skin, foam-skin+stripe, foam-skin, solid+stripe and solid-only Extrusion.
