Silitec is based in the « Watch Valley » of Switzerland, in the core of the micro-techniques and innovative technologies.

A brand new building is located in Boudry, close to Neuchâtel, at 1 hour from Geneva airport. Built in 2002, the 2500 m2 plant is equipped to produce in clean room environment all kind of special doped silica rods, including micro structured preforms. The building also consists of a 25 m tower, equipped of 2 fiber drawing lines.
