The Ribbon Tube Extrusion Line is designed for efficient manufacturing of loose tubes or central tubes with ribbons or fiber bundles. The tube material is typically PBTP, but Rosendahl & Nextrom's Extrusion Technology enables quality production also with PE and PP materials. Innovative new rotating ribbon-pay-offs and advanced line controls enable a stable and high speed process. Our solution also provides a large window for the desired ribbon excess length featuring very low post shrinkage.
