The newest generation of Secondary Coating Lines comprise solutions for very efficient production - minimized scrap combined with high-speed production and short set-up times. The high-speed Secondary Coating Line RL-R / OFC 40 is specially designed for loose tube production but it can also be modified for Fiber Bundle or Premises Cable production.

 

The design of the line in combination with the material and process knowledge ensures the support of various types of plastic tube designs, offering a proven fiber excess length control system at very high productivity. Additional line components like automatic Fiber Launching Systems ChiB in combination with fully automatic universal Double Spoolers EKP 800 or DSL 1001 are offering a unique overall equipment efficiency. Currently we are having more than 440 units are in operation worldwide.
