High flexibility
A continuous demand for new insulation materials, the request for production flexibility in combination with high quality standards are the requirements from the automotive industry. Rosendahl has addressed this needs by developing automotive wire extrusion lines. The product program of Rosendahl includes standard line types equipped with 2 extruders or quick colour change lines with 3 and 4 extruders. The auxiliary extruders are available as vertical machines respectively as horizontal machines.

High productivity
One unique feature of the Rocomat is the integrated the colour change unit in the crosshead. Due to this principle the material volume inside the colour change system can be reduced to an absolute minimum.

Line control
The ABC - Automatic Batch Control module allows the definition of production batches. Parameters for example order number, product type, product colour, batch length etc. can all be defined and put into a sequence, which automatically is processed after activation. The ABC module in combination with a ROCOMAT quick colour change system is a very efficient tool in order to reduce scrap and increase productivity.
