Stranding Machine SSZ 60
SSZ60 is Rosendahl's universal hero for SZ Stranding applications. The unique design allows a wide product range (2 x 1,50 mm² up to 5 x 35 mm²) and is the ideal solution for customers with several different products. The size and design of the hole in the rotor disc, is being prepared according the requested product mix, and allows a fast change of the product size without any changes on the machine.
Stranding Machine DTSZ 45
DTSZ 45 is Rosendahl's high-speed SZ Stranding machine for smaller products (cross-section max. 10 mm²). The machine is working with a stretched disk accumulator driven by a centrally positioned elastic torsion shaft. One advantage is that this kind of drive enables a higher rotational speed, as well as it has a low noise level and a user friendly design. Utilizing the high dynamic properties of the elastic torsion shaft - this machine is the perfect solution to strand standard building wires and flexible cords with high production speeds and corresponding product quality.
