The Rosendahl management team consists of a strong team, with a wide combination of skills in designated areas. The top is managed by three directors, each of them has got a respective area to supervise, but together manage over the overall direction jointly with the rest of the team.
The Rosendahl group is characterised by a spread leadership, which means that we have established teams who are running particular locations and divisions, hence to our global activity. The management team consists of four different sub teams, which includes, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Technique & Production as well as Finance & Administration. Strategic management meetings are taking place on a weekly basis, in order to measure performance, goal achievement, opportunities and development.
