The Rosendahl management team consists of a strong team, with a wide combination of skills in designated areas. The top is managed by Knill Technology and Rosendahl Managers, each of them has got a respective area to supervise, but together manage over the overall direction jointly with the rest of the team.
The Rosendahl group is characterized by a spread leadership, which means that we have established teams who are running particular locations and divisions, hence to our global activity. Rosendahl established strategic business units for each industry that it is serving. Within each unit a respective Business Unit Manager guides the sales and technical team with support from the back-bone management. Strategic management meetings are taking place on a weekly basis, in order to measure performance, goal achievement, opportunities and development.
